About the Project

In addition to the buildings planned for at 1601 El Camino Real, the mixed-use project also includes a stand-alone affordable housing community approximately 0.4 miles northwest at 1304 El Camino Real. The proposed six-story development is 0.2 miles from Sequoia Station and will include 39-units available to extremely low, very low, and low-income households across a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
